I'm disheartened that I can't give Scott Biller MORE THAN five stars on this rating scale. Scott's inspection of my mammoth deck is quite possibly the greatest value of anything I've ever purchased. In fact, I plan to hire Scott in the near future to inspect other facets of my property. I wholeheartedly recommend Biller & Associates!
