Home Inspector vs. Quality Control Consultant: Understanding the Key Differences with Scott Biller
In part two of our interview with AV Architects and Builders, we discuss the difference between hiring a home inspector and a quality control consultant.
Home inspectors need to be licensed by the state and also require a residential structure designation which allows them to do pre-drywall and final inspections on new construction. Whereas, quality control consultants are not required to be licensed but bring forth a different level of perspective and experience in the industry.
