My wife started suffering from ongoing health issues that ranged from skin issues, trouble breathing, joint pain, fatigue and other problems. She saw a physician that diagnosed her as being exposed to Mold, although our home had no clear indication of mold. We previously had roofers, plumbers and other specialists inspect to see if there were potential leaks/water damage where we could identify any areas of concern and none of them found anything. At recommendation of our neighbor, we called Scott for an inspection and within 30 minutes he identified a pipe leak in the wall and significant mold in the wall beside my wife’s office. It appeared the leak had been there for possibly 1-2 years. Scott Biller showed up, quickly found the issue when No one else could, and now we are able to fix the leak and remediate the mold. He was professional, proficient, logical and straight forward. Thanks to Scott, my wife can start her healing process and we can get back to normal. We will use his Mold investigation services after we have remediated the mold to make sure that it is all gone.
