A Final walk-through inspection is the accompanying inspection to the pre-drywall inspection. This inspection occurs prior to closing and taking ownership of the home. The inspection covers the installation of major systems to include, heating and cooling, as well as structural elements, exterior components, fixtures, appliances and drainage around the perimeter of the house.

The Final walk-through inspection should be scheduled a few days before the scheduled walk-through with the builder.

It is recommended you and your agent attend the inspection. This will allow the inspector to address any questions or explain issues that the inspection uncovers.

Within 24-48 hours of the Final Walk thru inspection being completed, you will be furnished with a report describing what was inspected and the recommended items that may require builder attention and/or follow-up.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”transparent” up=”16″ down=”16″]
