The renovation consultation is defined by the homeowner and the planned renovation project.<\/p>\n

When to Schedule the Maintenance\/Renovation Consultation<\/h3>\n

Maintenance consultation should be scheduled every five to ten-year range. Renovation consultation should be scheduled prior to initiating any structural changes.<\/p>\n

Who should Attend<\/h3>\n

It is recommended that you attend the consultation. This will allow the consultant to address any questions or explain issues that the consultation uncovers<\/p>\n
